Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using GainRF ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform connects companies that post RF/EM inverse-design challenges with solvers who submit competing designs.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Accounts may be suspended or removed for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of confidential materials.

3. Challenges and submissions

Companies are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the challenges they post. Solvers are responsible for the originality of the designs they submit.

The Platform may review, approve, reject, or request changes to challenges and submissions through its administrative workflow.

4. Awards and payments

Award amounts are set by the posting company. Payment processing, escrow, and disbursement are not yet provided by the Platform during the current pilot phase and are handled separately between the parties.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, upload malware, or violate the confidentiality of private challenges.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Platform is provided "as is" during the pilot phase without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
